dem convention: final day, obama’s acceptance

delivered on the 45th anniversary of martin luther king jr’s “i have a dream speech”, obama’s acceptance speech from start to finish beginning with his introduction exceeded expectations. obama not only move from “prophecy to policy”, but in standard obama fashion, he was also inspiration and talked about restoring “america’s promise.”

if you’ve been watching the convention, you’ll know that most of the speakers get a video introduction and then a personal introduction, usually, from a family member.
as yesterday was obama’s big party, like the stage, his introductions were carefully thought out.
