the words that popped out this week were food, calories, and eating.  shocking.  other than adding a spare tire, here’s what happened at sacredbird this week.

when he was young and innocent

this christmas, santa brought us some new photos of our fave sacred bird, anderson cooper.  supposedly from his yearbook, i find the inscription “Mary had a little lamb, the doctor fainted” a little disturbing.
