in preparation for the holidays, we gave you gift ideas. now here’s another tip–the airlines are adding more surcharges to holiday travel. they’re adding a $10 fuel surcharge to major holiday travel. delta, american, and united will all add the surcharge to flights on november 29, 2009 (the sunday after thanksgiving), january 2, 2010 and january 3, 2010.–the days when you and yours are returning from quality time with you and yours. the good news is that airtran says it won’t be following suit.
