china said to buy gm’s hummer
general motors can no longer afford to pay for their hummer so they sold their hummer to chinese company sichuan tengzhong heavy industrial machinery. according to gm, the deal will save 3,000 american job (hummer will stay in the us). gm had hoped to make $500M but the deal is closer to $100M.
i wonder if obama will win the battle over emissions after all.
