- private school: $32K/ year/ per student
- mortgage: $96K/year
- coop maintenance: $96K/year
- nanny: $45K/yar
- vacation: $16K/year
- driver: $75K – 125K
- personal trainer: $12K/year
- gala gowns: $35K
- taxes: $0 (we know rich people don’t pay taxes upfront).
