starbucks’ switch from t-mobile to at&t is finally complete and they’re launching their (kinda) free wi-fi service today. it’s kinda free because
- you need to have a starbucks card which you’ve used within 30 days
- you have to register your card online at the starbucks website and sign up for the wi-fi service
- you have two hours of free wi-fi access a day
i guess kinda free is better than nothing. at least people can login to the starbucks my ideas site. i just hope there’s isn’t a starbucks on every corner in santa fe like there is everywhere else.
