the king’s in bed with microsoft

bkburger king has run some strange stateside campaigns lately so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that their latest promo in japan has a little weird. to coincide with microsoft’s windows 7 launch in japan, burger king is introducing a new windows 7 whopper burger. the first 30 customers each day can purchase a windows 7 burger for 777 yens ($8.55 dollars). the cost for the burger after the first 30 is $17.10.

now if only mcdonald’s took a cue from the king, it wouldn’t be hightailing it out of iceland.
