i would do anything for love (of food), but i won’t do that
ok, that’s a meatloaf song, but i thought it was appropriate given the news out of the state of new hampshire. we’ve written about the guiness book of world records before but this one is kinda gross. the owners of nonni’s italian eatery in concord*, new hampshire made it into the guiness book of world record because they made a 222.5-pound meatball. it made the record by out-grossing the previously set record of 196 pounds set in a los angeles eatery. to learn about the contest, go here.
my guess is, this meatball would totally make it on zinczenko’s list.
*i’m going to take this opportunity to let readers know that it’s pronounced conc-erd not con-chord, new hampshire.
