i’d want a winebar
a recent survey asked people whether they’d want more mcdonald’s or starbucks in their neighborhood and the results were interesting.
- 43% of those surveyed would rather have mcdonalds over starbucks (35%)
- liberals prefer coffee, so do younger people
- conservatives prefer burgers, so do older people
- the things that influenced the choice: level of education, income, political persuasion, gender, and location (west coast, east coast).
i bet the people that picked mcdonald’s never saw these ads and the liberals that picked starbucks didn’t hear about the boycott.
