so…630 mentioned the other day how at the end of his broadcast last week, flying fish (bill hemmer) mentioned something about guys and their preferences for ties–she thought the comment was strange but wasn’t sure what he meant. we went on to discuss the proliferation of silk monochromatic ties being sported by the anchors. for example,
anderson cooper has been sporting a gray one quite often and he looks damn good in it. the other night watching the verdict, i noticed that dan abrams was wearing one in orange. brit hume was sporting a cheesy looking pink silk one (looked kinda cheap). and just tuesday, brian williams was wearing a purple one. hemmer has more than one purple one.
do you think they call each other the night before when they’re laying out their clothes? do they trade them in the bathroom at michael’s?
