you may not have heard but rush limbaugh was hospitalized while on vacation in hawaii for chest pains but doctors found nothing wrong. upon his release, rush held a press conference and talked about about the great state of the u.s. healthcare system. he said “he got the best health treatment in the world…right here in united states of america” and that “i don’t think there’s one thing wrong with the united states health system.” he also indicated that he is not taking any pain killers (he was once famously treated for addiction to drugs).
according to the message posted to listeners on his official website, he’ll be taking the first few days of the new year to get back to normal and will be broadcasting some time next week.

* in looking for a photo, it was interesting to see that most news outlets used the grossest fattest picture of limbaugh they could find, even though the dude has recently lost significant weight (90 pounds). maybe the photos are meant to reflect his inner beauty.
