one day you’re in, the next day you’re out
although i’m not a fan of msnbc’s the verdict with dan abrams, i was sad to hear that the show is being replaced this week with a new show with rachel maddow. the verdict’s last show will be this thursday. maddow’s new show is expected to lean to the left as the liberal countdown with keith olbermann is one of msnbc’s highest rated shows. olbermann actually takes credit for getting maddow her new show on his blog.
abrams is expected to stay with nbc as chief legal correspondent although i gotta say, if i were him, i’d be looking elsewhere. first he gave up the general manager position because he couldn’t pass up the 9pm timeslot, then a few months later, he loses that too. gives new meaning to the saying – thanks for all the hard work, don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
