time out for hemmer
so it’s a new photo at least. time out profiled our favorite flying fish, aka bill hemmer of fox news america’s newsroom, this week for it’s inside job segment (regular feature look into different jobs). it’s pretty standard how he got started in news fare, i think the only thing new was the capation on the photo that he’s never called in sick. some other interesting nuggets of info include places he and other fox news people hang out and his sources for news.
not shocking but interesting for the fish followers:
- wall street journal – “It’s the newspaper of record while the economy has gone belly up.”
- the new york times – “They still cover the world when few others care to spend the money.”
- the washington post – “I turn to them for Washington D.C./Obama/Congress coverage.”
- new york post – “For good NYC fun.”
- drudge report – “It’s the fastest, most comprehensive news website available. And Matt Drudge has a sense of humor.”
uh bill, you left sacredbird off your list.

I’m kinda surprised that he reads the WaPo instead of the Washington Times. I’m NOT surprised that he reads NYP and the WSJ. The Flying Fish doth have a brown nose.
