dem convention: day 2, hillary speaks
i know i’m supposed to summarize and pull out the key pieces of hillary clinton’s speech last night for you but i think you need to see it for yourselves. it was that good.
cnn and msnbc seems to think she did indeed “passionately” endorse obama while fox pundits seem to think her endorsement was “generic”. all agreed that she did what she had to do and that it was one of her “finest hour in politics”. some have even gone so far as to say that if she had given a speech like this early on, she’d be the nominee now. personally, i agree that it was one of her best speeches yet and while i found her endorsement sufficient, i think she definitely has her eye towards another run.
