can you believe it’s the second to last week of august? everyone was slow moving due to the heat and it seemed like the news followed suit. but we managed to find a few good stories to make you sound like richard engel while you look hot like anderson cooper sippin’ a cocktail over the weekend. here’s the news the week that was–the week ending august 21, 2009.
