news you can use: weekend edition
yahooooooooooo! we turned a corner here on the east coast and spring is finally here! yahoo! it was an interesting week in news here at sacred bird and we wanted to remind you of some stories you can share while you drinking at sidewalk cafes, rejoining your running group after a period of hibernation, and or going to get your nails done now that you can wear flip-flops to and from. here’s the week that was ending april 2, 2010 here at sacred bird.
- the census form was due this week and that idiot congresswoman michelle bachmann says you shouldn’t fill it out (it’s against the law not to). if you haven’t filled it out, here are some reasons you should.
- ford took a bath on the volvo deal.
- a stingy couple got busted for ‘puddin‘ weird ingredients in dessert treats. it may be for the better anyway because research says that fattening foods are like crack. really.
- the lady responsible for the vampire craze is penning another book.
- andy cooper’s network is tanking and maybe that’s why he went swimming with the sharks. he’s a sacred (and some may say regal) bird so we know he’ll survive.
