do i look fat in this uterus?
according to a study reported in the new york times conducted in the uk, what a mom eats may influence what kind of kid she has (boy or girl). in the study of 740 first-time pregnant mothers, researches found that women who ate the most (as determined by estimated calorie intake) had sons (56 percent) and women who ate the least, had daughters (45 percent). the study also found that women who had sons were more likely to have eaten more and diverse nutrients such as potassium, calcium, and vitamins c, e, and b12.–there was also a strong correlation between women eating breakfast cereals and producing sons.
wonder if the results would change if women were on the special k diet (breakfast twice a day).
