fate always catches up
johanna ganthaler probably thought she and her husband were lucky. they were supposed to have been on the air france flight that disappeared into the atlantic ocean four hours after it left paris killing all 228 of it’s passengers. instead johanna and her husband, kurt, were running late to the airport and missed the flight. sadly, johanna was not able to escape death for long. she was killed this week in a car crash in austria when the car she was in collided with a truck. kurt is said to be seriously injured but still alive. let’s hope he has better luck.
